yat yat vibhūtimat (whatever having power) śrīmat (having majesty) ūrjitam eva vā (or indeed strong) sattvam (the essence) [asti] (it is),
tvam (you) tat tat eva (just each of them) mama (my) tejo-’ṁśa-sambhavam (whose origin is by a portion of splendour) avagaccha (you must understand).
