yaḥ mad-bhaktaḥ (he who is my devotee) anapekṣaḥ (independent) śuciḥ (pure) dakṣaḥ (dexterous) udāsīnaḥ (neutral) gata-vyathaḥ (free from anxiety) sarvārambha-parityāgī (who abandons all undertakings),
