sad-bhāve sādhu-bhāve ca sad ity etat prayujyate
praśaste karmaṇi tathā sac-chabdaḥ pārtha yujyate

he pārtha (O son of Pṛthā!),
sad-bhāve (in the sense of being) sādhu-bhāve ca (and in the sense of saintliness) sat iti (SAT)
